Apana Mudra – detoxify your body
Apana governs the pelvis and abdomen and controls the eliminative functions of the body. The body eliminates the toxins through various methods. The release of carbon dioxide from lungs, cough and mucous from organs of respiration, perspiration from skin, excretion through intestine, urination through kidneys and menstruation through hormonal cycle in females. Apana mudra helps by accelerating elimination. Place the thumb, middle finger, and ring finger together and extend the other fingers. Do it with both hands. The best time to do Apana Mudra is early morning immediately after you wake up. Practice it for 15 minute either sitting or on toilet seat. It helps in easy excretion, clears frontal sinus and removes phlegm from lungs. The mudra gives us patience, serenity, confidence, inner balance, and harmony.
Regular practice will make your skin radiant, pigmentation will get diminished and eyes will shine like a gem.
Caution: People suffering from diarrhea, dysentery or cholera should never attempt this mudra. Old people with weak stomach and liver should do it for maximum of 10 minutes.

“no touch” rule when it comes to our hair needs to die a slow death! I love when my King plays in my locs, it is a very supreme feeling for the both of us. Sexually and mentally. My Queens have always been taught that, in its natural state, our hair is not beautiful. So some will hide behind weaves and wigs and relaxers, putting a barriers between our scalps and the hands of your King.
When he plays in your hair, and touches your scalp. This will definitely reassures you that he loves every thing about you. This will help you developing a level of confidence with him. A black women’s scalps are tried of lacking attention. Your hair is thirsty for love, too.

I feel like touching your partner’s hair is one of our most innate bonding actions. We need to do it.

^_^ bringing back sweet memories. An old friend sat me down one day while I was cramping and asked if he could massage my scalp. While he was doing so he picked lint from my hair as well. My cramps stopped and I fell asleep.
Now that I think about it I never forbid my lover(s) touching my hair.

Eeeehhhh not really into calling myself a queen or my boyfriend a king but yeah it’s nice when he washes it and stuff lol.

I don’t call myself a Queen either. ..I call myself a Goddess and my mate a God

says a “magical god” took dirt and formed the first human, intentionally, making dirt into living human beings….. smh I’m definitely not made from dirt!

This planet is inhabited by the Anunnaki in the Bible they are called Nefilim/giants .

"Those Who From Heaven To Earth Came".

They landed on Earth, colonized it, mining the Earth for gold and other minerals, establishing a spaceport in what today is the Iraq-Iran area, and lived in a kind of idealistic society as a small colony.
They returned when Earth was more populated and genetically interfered in our indigenous DNA to create a slave-race to work their mines, farms, and other enterprises in Sumeria, which was the so-called Cradle of Civilization in out-dated pre-1980s school history texts. They created Man, Homo Sapiens, through genetic manipulation with themselves and ape man Homo Erectus.

On the morning of September 4, 1957, fifteen-year-old Dorothy Counts set out on a harrowing path toward Harding High, where-as the first African American to attend the all-white school – she was greeted by a jeering swarm of boys who spat, threw trash, and yelled epithets at her as she entered the building.

Charlotte Observer photographer Don Sturkey captured the ugly incident on film, and in the days that followed, the searing image appeared not just in the local paper but in newspapers around the world.

People everywhere were transfixed by the girl in the photograph who stood tall, her five-foot-ten-inch frame towering nobly above the mob that trailed her. There, in black and white, was evidence of the brutality of racism, a sinister force that had led children to torment another child while adults stood by. While the images display a lot of evils: prejudice, ignorance, racism, sexism, inequality, it also captures true strength, determination, courage and inspiration.

Here she is, age 70, still absolutely elegant and poised.

    she deserves to be re-blogged.

    she’s so goddamned inspirational

this makes me want to cry
